KEZI WILLYsells products on www.convart.com and carries out an e-commerce activity exclusively with regard to end consumers, i.e. with regard to any natural person operating for foreign purposes any business or professional activity that may be practiced. Anyone who is not an “end consumer” is invited to refrain from entering into any commercial transaction on www.convart.com. Indeed, KEZI WILLYS reserves the right not to respond to orders from any person who is not an “end consumer” or to any order that does not comply with its commercial policy as defined herein. GTC.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE

1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, but excluding delivery costs in mainland France and abroad. These prices are communicated with the conversion into currencies (USD, BRL) for information purposes. Only prices in euros are binding on Kezi Willys.

1.2 – In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union, the price will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. The consumer’s attention is drawn to the fact that customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be required. The payment of these duties and taxes cannot be attributed to Kezi Willys. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. 1.3 – All orders must be paid in Euros.

1.4 – www.convart.com reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Nevertheless, the products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of registration of your order, subject to their availability.

By validating your order online, you unreservedly accept these T&Cs and undertake to respect them in your dealings with www.convart.com. If you disagree with the terms indicated in these T&Cs, we invite you not to confirm your order form for the purchase of products on www.convart.com.

ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY

Kezi Willys is selling limited edition paintings on www.convart.com.

When a painting is no longer available, the mention “the item is no longer in stock” is displayed and it is therefore no longer possible to order it. You can write to Customer Service for more information.

No order is possible when the product is not available. However, errors may exceptionally occur, particularly in the event that orders are simultaneously placed for the same product by several customers. In this case, we undertake to keep you informed by email or telephone as soon as possible. Kezi Willys will then offer you either a refund for your order or an exchange with another available product or model.

Raw materials and compositions may vary from time to time without changing the quality of the painting.

Kezi Willys incurs no liability in the event of out of stock or unavailability of products on its website www.convart.com.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER FINALIZATION

At any time, you can:
Add products by clicking on ” Add to basket”.
Consult the selected products by clicking on ” Basket”.
Modify your selection by adjusting the quantities.

For each product selected on the www.convart.com website, a summary page will be displayed, showing the photo of the item, its colors and reference, the quantity chosen, its unit price and the total price of your order . You must carefully check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order.

Kezi Willys   makes every effort to ensure that the color and pattern of the products whose photos are displayed on the site www.convart.com are faithful to the original products. Nevertheless, variations may occur, in particular due to the limitations of color rendering of certain items. Consequently, www.convart.com cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of the products appearing on the site www.convart.com.

Any order on www.convart.com assumes that you provide accurate and complete information at the time of your order. The information requested will concern your surname, first name, telephone, email address, date of birth, billing and delivery address.

Once completed, your order is sent directly for processing. You can only modify or cancel it by contacting Kezi Willys Customer Service by email (hello@convart.com).

www.convart.com reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over a previous order, or if www.convart.com reasonably believes that a customer has violated the these T&Cs, or for any other legitimate reason.

A summary of your order will be sent to you by email. The acknowledgment of receipt will include the title of the products ordered, the quantity, the price and the amount of the delivery costs.

In order to facilitate your future orders on www.convart.com, you have the possibility of creating a personal account on the site in order to save the billing and delivery information. On this occasion, you will be asked to create your own password for later use of this account. By creating this account, you agree to keep these identifiers confidential and never communicate them to third parties. Consequently, any purchase made using these identifiers will be deemed to have been made by you. In the event of loss, theft or any fraudulent use of your password, you agree to keep www.convart.com informed immediately.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.

KEZI WILLYS delivers its products in mainland France, overseas territories and abroad. Shipments will be made by Colissimo or other international service providers.

The delivery costs will be calculated automatically as soon as your order is finalized and will appear in the total to be paid. The amount depends on the type and number of products in your order, the delivery area and the service chosen. Customs and other charges in the country of arrival are the responsibility of the recipient.

Any defect or delay in delivery must be reported to our Customer Service by email at hello@convart.com.

You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies observed (open package, damaged product, etc.)

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

You can choose between different payment methods:

Bank cards: the cards accepted are CB, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, e-cartebleue, Visa electron, Paypal.

Your payment is encrypted and secured by PAYPAL.

ARTICLE 7: RETURN

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the paintings to organize a return at your expense.

All costs of sending and returning the products will then be your responsibility.

Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.
Unidentified returned packages may be returned to their sender.
Promotional products will not be neither exchanged nor refunded.

Kezi Willys reserves the right to choose the method of payment for the reimbursement of your order, either by crediting your bank card, or by transfer to your bank account, or by sending a bank check to billing address.

If a product is not the right size or you want to change colors, you can send your exchange request to customer service within 7 days. The return of the product is your responsibility. Kezi Willys will check the conformity status of the returned product before validating the shipment of a replacement product. If the new order is for an amount greater than the order giving rise to the exchange, you must enclose payment of the balance with the exchange request. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the amount of the order, you will receive a refund of the overpayment. The overpayment will then be refunded by Kezi Willys within thirty (30) days following the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 10 – RESPONSIBILITY

The products offered comply with current French legislation.

It is up to you to check with the local authorities of your country the possibilities of importing or using the products or services that you plan to order.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

This contract is signed in French and subject to French law. In the event of a dispute or claim, only the French courts have jurisdiction.
