COOKIES

A cookie is a small text file saved on your computer or mobile device and then retrieved on subsequent visits. KEZI WILLYS uses cookies to make your visit easier and more enjoyable. We do not use cookies to store personal information or to disclose information to third parties.

There are two types of cookies: permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile device for no longer than 12 months. Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear when you close your browser session. We use permanent cookies to store your choice of home page and your personal information if you check “Remember Me” when you log in. We use session cookies when you use the filter function to view products and to check if you are logged in or if you have placed an item in your shopping cart.

What data is saved?

With each order you place on www.convart.com, we store the data necessary to process your order (product purchased, size, color, quantity, …) and the shipment of your order (civility, last name, first name, address, phone number) and customer knowledge (date of birth, email address). This data is deleted when the user requests it at hello@convart.com, and each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. In no case does Kezi Willys keep credit card numbers, only our payment partner SumUp has knowledge of the credit card number at the time of payment.

How long does KEZI WILLYS keep my data?

In accordance with the retention principle of the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Simplified Standard 48 for the management of customer and prospect files, personal data relating to customers may not be kept beyond the retention period strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship.

Kezi Willys undertakes to delete or archive Customer data at the end of a maximum period of 3 years following the last purchase, and Prospect data at the end of a period of 3 years following the last interaction. Exceptions are data necessary to establish proof of a right or contract which may be archived, as provided for in the provisions of the Commercial Code relating to the retention period of books and documents created in the course of commercial activities, and the Consumer Code relating to the retention of contracts entered into by electronic means.

Does KEZI WILLYS resell my data?

At Kezi Willys, the security of our customers’ personal data is very important. That is why under no circumstances does KEZI WILLYS sell personal data to third parties. All data we collect is not given, rented, sold or exchanged to third party companies.

How do I get KEZI WILLYS to change or delete my data?

Just send us an email to hello@convart.com with your request. We will take care of your request and give you confirmation.

ARTICLE 2 – NAME INFORMATION

www.convart.com undertakes to keep confidential and not to disclose to third parties the information you provide. It will only be used by the internal services of Kezi Willys to process your order and personalize communication, in particular through the newsletters of www.convart.com to which you will have subscribed.

As a result, and in accordance with the Law of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have a right of access, rectification, and opposition to the personal data concerning you. For this, you just have to make a request by email via the contact form of the site www.convart.com.
